Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of product delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer support team at info@myherbalindia.in.
Once your return request is verified, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to our facility at: 11/70 Nehru Vihar, Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi – 110009. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at info@myherbalindia.in with:

Clear images of the product and packaging, and
A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will offer a replacement for the defective item, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for the original product and then place a new order for the item you want instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded until delivered.

Refund Policy
