1. Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We process most orders within 1–2 business days. The estimated transit time is 2–4 business days. In total, you can expect your delivery within 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
Q: What are your shipping charges? A: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping rate of ₹110 applies.
Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
2. Payments
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? A: No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. To ensure secure and fast processing, all orders must be prepaid through our trusted payment gateway.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major secure online payment methods via Razorpay, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@myherbalindia.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

A: No. The products sold on our website are dietary and nutritional supplements intended for general wellness and nutritional support.
