Welcome to myherbalindia.in. This Payment Policy explains how transactions are processed securely on our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods We use Razorpay, India’s leading and highly secure payment gateway, to process all transactions. Through Razorpay, we accept a wide variety of 100% prepaid online payment methods, including:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro.
UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, and BHIM.
Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
Mobile Wallets: MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.
(Please Note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure online checkout.)
2. Payment Security & Data Protection Your security is our top priority. All transactions on our website are encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Our payment partner, Razorpay, is PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring the highest level of data security.
Herbal India does not collect, store, or have access to your complete credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords. All sensitive payment data is securely handled directly by Razorpay.
3. Order Confirmation Once your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with your invoice and order details. Your order will then be processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
4. Payment Failures & Deductions In rare cases, due to network issues or bank server downtime, a payment transaction might fail, but the amount may still be deducted from your account.
If this happens, please do not panic. The deducted amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay and your bank to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you face any issues, you can contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
5. Refunds If an order is canceled before dispatch, or if a return is approved as per our Return & Refund Policy, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (via Razorpay). Please allow up to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account.
